Mild for the first day of fall in SW Montana

Skies will start out clear with afternoon clouds that could bring a passing mountain shower by the early evening. Highs will top out in the 70s for most of the area with a west wind between 10-20 mph by the afternoon.

BOZEMAN: High: 78; Low: 45. Mild temperatures and a west wind between 10-20 mph should be in place by the afternoon with a mix of clouds moving through by the late afternoon and early evening.

BUTTE: High: 73; Low: 39. Sensational temperatures are expected for the afternoon as temperatures build back to the low and middle 70s.

DILLON: High: 76; Low: 43. Partly cloudy and mild for the afternoon with temperatures climbing to the middle 70s and a stout wind out of the west to southwest between 10-20 mph.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High: 72; Low: 29. After a chilly morning you can expect highs to climb to the low 70s with afternoon and evening clouds lingering.
