Today's Forecast:
A significant cold front will blast through the area bringing temperatures from the 50s in the morning to the 40s for the afternoon and evening. Expect scattered rain showers in the valleys with mountain snow. Winds will shift from the south to the north or northeast for the afternoon between 20-40 mph in southwest Montana. Overnight temperatures will drop to the upper 20s in many areas which means a few raindrops may switch over to snow overnight. While there is not a lot of confidence in accumulating snow in the valleys and frost or light freeze is possible.

BOZEMAN: High: 55; Low: 28. Temperatures will fall quickly today into the 40s with scattered rain and gusty winds out of the north by the afternoon.

BUTTE: High: 53; Low: 26. Cold and blustery winds out of the north between 20-40 mph today with rain switching to a rain/snow mix tonight. Little accumulation is expected.

DILLON: High: 61; Low: 26. Breezy with light rain and falling temperatures today.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High: 61; Low: 16. Afternoon temperatures are expected to fall quickly to the 40s with light rain and a mix of rain and snow possible.
