BOZEMAN – Well above normal temperatures have returned to Montana and most of the western U.S. as a strong High-pressure ridge is sitting overhead.

Dry and warm weather will continue for several more days with near record highs through Thursday for SW Montana.

By the end of the week this ridge pattern begins to collapse, and a trough pattern begins to develop producing cooler temperatures and rain changing to snow by the weekend.
