Next round of wet weather arrives Saturday evening

BUTTE – Hit and miss snow showers still impacting SW Montana Friday afternoon and early evening. Wet roads could become a little icy after sunset.

Next weather maker will arrive on Saturday evening with a cold front passing through the region and with it increasing rain or snow by Sunday morning.

A cool and wet weather pattern is likely to continue into early next week.

City by City Forecast:

BOZEMAN: LOW: 19°; HIGH SATURDAY: 46°. A few scattered rain or snow showers Friday afternoon and early evening with clearing skies overnight. Patchy fog is possible Saturday morning. Saturday look for partly cloudy skies early with increasing clouds by evening.

BUTTE: LOW: 17°; HIGH SATURDAY: 47°. A little off and on snow flurries are possible for Butte up to midnight tonight. Saturday will be slightly warmer under partly cloudy skies and light winds. Clouds and showers will return Saturday evening.

DILLON: LOW: 23°; HIGH SATURDAY: 48°. Isolated rain and snow showers will pass through Dillon this afternoon and evening. Skies should clear overnight and temperatures will be frosty by Saturday morning. Increasing clouds will move back in by Saturday evening.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: LOW: 13°; HIGH SATURDAY: 44°. Mostly cloudy tonight and Saturday with a few isolated passing snow showers. Increasing moisture will move back in Saturday evening into Sunday morning.
