BUTTE – Temperatures are near normal for Butte again today but look for a change to the current weather pattern arriving late Friday.
THE NEXT WEATHER MAKER:
Over the weekend the blocking High-pressure ridge over Montana will break down and a series of Pacific storms will pass through the state producing mostly snow but there could be a little valley rain or snow mix Saturday afternoon through Sunday.
Snow accumulations for most valleys should be less than 2″ but mountains and passes could see a little more so be prepared for some wintry travel impacts this weekend.
