BUTTE – Clear skies allowed Sunday morning lows to fall well below zero across most of SW Montana. We didn’t break any record lows but this colder than normal weather pattern just will not let up in Montana.

Sunday night will be another cold one for SW Montana with the same set up as Saturday night, clear skies and a healthy amount of valley snowpack. Plan on most valleys falling below zero between -5 to -20 below.

Next weather maker will arrive mid-week and with increasing clouds will come improved temperatures but increasing snow showers will likely lead to wintry travel impacts.

The above on demand STORMTracker video forecast will walk you through the changes and snow chances late Tuesday into Wednesday.
