BOZEMAN — Roman candles can be a lot of fun to play with on the Fourth of July—but not when they're banned in Bozeman and not when you point them at a dry, grassy field.
But that's allegedly exactly what two men did in Bozeman on Independence Day, intentionally starting a fire.
