UPDATE: 3/7/19, 8:20 A.M. – MSU has confirmed it was the South gym complex and not Shroyer gym as previously reported.
UPDATE: 3/7/19, 7:04 A.M. – There were no injuries according to an MSU police officer but it looks like a full collapse of the roof on the rear gym of the South gym complex. Several side roads are closed in the area but all parking lots remain open.
BOZEMAN, Mont. – A roof collapse has forced the closure of the fitness center at Montana State University.
The fitness center and Shroyer gym are closed until further notice.
School officials are telling students to avoid the area until further notice.
