If you're looking for something fun to do this weekend, why not get out rafting.
River City Brews Rafting is a tour guide company,
"With the option of bringing along some local beer or cider."
It takes people to Missoula breweries, and then out on the Clark Fork River.
It says they're doing more tours this year, despite travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines.
Owner Noah Sohl says they're equipped to guide groups of 18, but are spreading the tours out to make room for extra cleaning.
"We've taken out a lot of small groups this year so groups of four or five people," said Sohl.
They're sanitizing the boats and requiring masks in the van.
"Safety is always our biggest concern, but now with covid there's an added layer. We're only taking out one book per grouping. So you can rest assured if you're comfortable with the people you would go on the river with, you won't be with anyone else," said Sohl.
Sohl says even with the changes, people are excited to get out and recreate, and have some normal social interaction.
"So once you get out on the water you take your mask off and you can be with your family or your friends," said Sohl.
The company's been on the water for three seasons, and says its used to getting tourists, but are taking out more bored Missoulians this year.
"There's still plenty of summer left. It's a great way to relieve some stress and spend time in this beautiful place," said Sohl.
