Autopsy results for Selena Not Afraid are expected on Thursday, according to the Big Horn County Attorney's Office.
County Attorney Jay Harris said the autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday at the state medical examiner’s office in Billings.
Harris expects to receive a preliminary report soon.
The body of the 16-year-old Not Afraid was found Monday morning , weeks after she was reported missing near a rest stop along I-90 in Big Horn County.
Not Afraid’s family announced it will hold a service for her at Hardin High School on Sunday at 11 a.m.
