BUTTE – A Butte doctor already facing charges in connection with sexually assaulting patients has new felony charges added to his case after more women came forward with accusations.
Dr. Patrick McGree was charged in 2017 with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and three counts of sexual servitude in connection with inappropriate behavior with three female patients at his former Silver Street office.
Last month three new charges of sexual intercourse without consent were added after new accusations from patients.
McGree has pleaded not guilty to the former charges and remains free on bond.
