DEER LODGE – The man who was wounded in a shootout with law enforcement in Deer Lodge last month was charged this week with nine felony counts in connection with the incident.

According to the Powell County District Court Records, 46-year-old Timothy Wayne Sweet faces a felony count of attempted deliberate homicide in connection with the shootout with Deer Lodge law enforcement on the morning of Dec. 10th.
