Wyoming triple murder suspect, victims identified

Authorities in Sheridan County, Wyoming have identified the suspect and victims of a triple murder.

The male suspect, identified as Dana Beartusk, was apprehended in Montana by the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office shortly before 10 p.m. on Sunday. Beartusk is being held in jail in Big Horn County, Montana.

The Sheridan County Attorney’s Office has filed 3 counts of first-degree murder against Beartusk and a warrant was granted.

The Sheridan County Coroner has identified the victims as Seana Fisher, 54, Mochdaveyano “Blackhawk” Fisher, 25, and Angelina Beartusk, 51. The victims were all related to Dana Beartusk.

On Sunday at approximately 8:07p.m. the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office received a call that a male subject contacted a family member and stated he had killed someone. Sheridan County sheriff’s deputies responded to the suspect's address, located on Willow Street, in Big Horn, Wyoming. When deputies arrived, one adult male and two adult females were found dead inside the residence.

The investigation remains active and is being investigated by the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office, Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, and the Sheridan County Coroner’s Office.
