Miles City stabbing leads to attempted murder charge

MILES CITY - A woman has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide in Custer County Justice Court.

According to charging documents, Katy Marshall-Parr is accused of stabbing Peggy Kay Wapples approximately 20 times with a knife in the head, neck and face.

The stabbing happened Friday at 10:55 p.m. at 612 Marilynn Street, court documents state.

No other information was immediately available Monday, including the circumstances of the incident and the condition of the victim.
