According to court documents, Helena police responded to the report of a sexual assault that happened over the weekend at the 1200 block of North Park Avenue.

A woman alleges Medders forced himself upon her after being told no multiple times, and was unable to escape due to the size difference.

Officers found injuries on the woman consistent with sexual assault, and claim Medders changed his story several times during the interview.

Medders bond was set at $40,000. He’s expected to make his plea in District Court on Nov. 24.
