BILLINGS - Police said Tuesday a woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Billings on Monday evening, but more suspects are being sought.

A 24-year-old man was shot at about 5:22 p.m. in the driveway of a residence in the 20 block of Florine Lane. He died a short time later at the hospital.

Police said they believe there was some kind of disturbance prior to the shooting, which they said in a press release was not a random act of violence.

Police also said there seems to be no connection between the shooting Monday evening and another fatal shooting on the city's South Side on Sunday night.

About an hour after the Monday evening shooting a vehicle believed connected to the incident was stopped in Big Horn County. Police said Raisha Blacksmith, 18 of Lodge Grass, was arrested for obstructing justice in relation to the homicide. She is being held in the Yellowstone County jail.

Additional suspects are being sought, the press release states.
