GREAT FALLS – A Great Falls man is facing a felony charge for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl. Aaron Joseph Brott, 18, has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent after an incident in early May. Court documents state that on May 23, Great Falls police became aware of a possible rape complaint and conducted an interview with the alleged victim.

The girl told the officer she had visited Brott’s home on May 11 and became intoxicated to the point where she was vomiting and passing out. According to court documents, the girl woke up during her intoxicated state to find Brott sexually assaulting her.

The girl said she then woke up the next morning with her clothes removed and her body hurt. She left her clothing at Brott’s residence, according to court documents.

Upon search of Brott’s home on May 23, officers found corroborating evidence and clothing that matched the girl’s statements.

Brott’s roommate was also interviewed. Court documents state the roommate said the girl became intoxicated to the point of passing out on May 11 and was eventually carried into Brott’s room.

Brott told his roommate he “had sex with” the girl, according to court documents.

Prosecutors requested Brott’s bond be set at $100,000 due to the victim’s age.
