Roosevelt County man arrested for girlfriend's death

Clovis Christopher Geno has been arrested on a pending charge of deliberate homicide.

The Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office said in a news release on Thursday that Geno is suspected in the death of his girlfriend, Ramona Hilton Naramore.

Sheriff Jason Frederick said that his office received a report of a dead woman at her residence in Culbertson on January 26, 2020. An autopsy determined "the cause of death to be homicide by asphyxiation."

Detectives investigating the case arrested Geno at a residence in Bainville on Wednesday, February 19.

Geno is being held in the Roosevelt County jail; bond for Geno has been set at $500,000.
