BUTTE - A Butte man faces possible burglary and attempted rape charges after illegally entering a senior living center in Butte Monday evening.
Jeffrey Westfall is accused of entering Big Sky Senior Living without permission about 10:30 p.m. and tried to enter at least three rooms in the facility. Police say he asked a female resident if she wanted a massage before officers arrived and arrested him.
Westfall is on probation as a registered sexual offender and remains in jail Tuesday.
