BUTTE - A 62-year-old Butte man was sentenced Thursday morning to prison for selling fentanyl.
Clinton Batterman was sentenced to 25 years in the Montana State Prison with five years suspended.
Batterman is guilty of selling fentanyl to an undercover officer in March of 2022 in Butte.
