Billings pre-release center reports walkaway

The Montana Department of Corrections is asking the public for assistance in locating Cilena Takes Horse.

Takes Horse walked away from the Passages Women's Program in Billings around 2:50 p.m. on Sunday. She is described as Native American; 150 pounds; 5 feet, 5 inches tall; with brown hair and eyes.

Takes Horse was sentenced for bail-jumping and criminal possession of dangerous drugs out of Yellowstone County and arrived at Passages on Sept. 9, 2020. She is facing a ten-year sentence for felony escape, should be considered dangerous, and should not be approached.

Anyone with information about Takes Horse's whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement.
