Smoke and haze possible from regional fires but cooler air by Sunday

Today’s Forecast:
The heat continues to build for the region for the next couple of days.  You should expect highs in the upper 80s and low 90s through Saturday with only a slim chance of pop-up showers on Saturday and much cooler air by Sunday.

BOZEMAN: High – 88; Low – 54. Hot and sunny for the afternoon with little chance of significant rain in the area for your Friday.

BUTTE: High – 87; Low – 48. Lots of sun and warm temperatures.  Your Friday and Saturday would both be great days to look for someplace cool with plenty of shade.

DILLON: High – 90; Low – 51. Dry and hot with plenty of sun expected.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High – 82; Low – 44. Sunny with a few afternoon clouds building in the area.


WEEKEND OUTLOOK
Friday and Saturday both look hot and dry with highs in the 80s and 90s.  There is a slight chance of a few pop-up thunderstorms on Saturday as a cold front moves across the area which could produce a few quick-moving thunderstorms.  Much cooler air is expected by Sunday and into the first half of next week leaving the highs in the upper 70s and low 80s.
