BILLINGS – A 30-year-old man died last night after crashing his motorcycle at the roundabout on Shiloh and Central.
According to the Billings Police Department, the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Shiloh at an excessive rate of speed and could not negotiate the turn into the roundabout.
The motorcycle tipped, ejecting the rider and both slid to a stop in the middle of the roundabout.
The driver was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash. It is unknown if alcohol played a factor.
