BUTTE - Audria Nickerson, formerly of Butte, pleaded not guilty Thursday morning to negligent homicide in Butte District Court in connection with falling asleep on her baby while sitting in a car parked near the Butte police department last September.
She's alleged to have been under the influence of methamphetamine at the time.
She remains jailed in butte on $200,000 bond.
