BUTTE, Mont. – A Butte man remains in custody Monday after police say he fired a gun in a residential area over the weekend.
Police say 46-year-old Sean Boroni fired a handgun into the air while walking in the area of Harvard and Howard streets at about 9:30 in the morning on Saturday.
Police arrested him without incident and no injuries were reported.
Police are unsure why he fired the shot.
