BILLINGS - The Montana State Class A Boys Basketball Tournament will be moved from Billings to Bozeman in 2011.

The Board of Directors of the Montana High School Association voted to move the event during a conference call Tuesday morning. The tournament will be held at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse on the campus of Montana State University.

The tournament had been scheduled to be played at MetraPark next March. A June tornado did extensive damage to the arena. The tournament was put up for bid again with Metra trying to put the tournament into the Expo Center. A vote to keep it in Billings failed 4-2.

The tournament will now be played March 3-5 and will coincide with the Girls A Tournament in Belgrade.
